Sales Associate
Moon Valley Farm is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and experienced sales representative to help us bring our healthy and delicious food to more people. The Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing Moon Valley’s CSA, restaurant, and wholesale customer base while nurturing current relationships. This candidate will report directly to the Founder/Farm Owner and work closely with the Marketing Associate to develop a strategy for identifying new business and cultivating existing partnerships.
Roles/Responsibilities will include:

Work with Management and Marketing Associate to develop new and existing customer engagement strategy

Track and manage relationships with retailers, restaurants, and wholesale accounts through CRM system

Cultivate individual customer relationships and ensure an outstanding customer experience

Identify and manage outreach, tabling, and vending opportunities

Make connections via grassroots marketing, tabling, and vending opportunities

Share the importance of eating with the seasons!
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, trustworthy, and hyper-social individual with a passion for cultivating a healthy and sustainable food system. This person should have excellent people skills and the ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time.
Delivery Driver
We are hiring a packer and delivery driver to package produce and deliver veggies to Chefs and CSA members (home delivery and pick up locations) in and around Washington, DC, Baltimore and Frederick, MD.
Must have a clean driving record, great attention to detail, a great work ethic and a love for local food. Packing days are Monday & Thursday; delivery days are Tuesday & Friday, hours approximately 7a-5p. Pay is $15/hr plus a weekly CSA share.

Production Crew
We're hiring Production Crew members to join our team in 2022. Candidates must have speed, endurance, a positive attitude and a great work ethic.
Production crew members have to be comfortable working outdoors in all safe weather conditions. Previous experience is preferred & must have valid drivers license. Tasks include harvesting, transplanting, hoeing, weed eating, mowing, packing, washing and safely using equipment. Need a willingness to learn and accept feedback. Work is both independent and as part of a team. Tractor work involved. Hours are approximately 7a-5p Tuesday through Saturday. Positions are seasonal, ending in November, or year-round for the right candidate.

Harvest Crew
We are looking for some amazing individuals to join our harvest crew! Harvest crew candidates must have speed, endurance, a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

All field crew members get a full CSA box weekly, paid lunch break. Full time positions available for Sunday-Thursday hours approximately 7a-5p. Positions are seasonal, ending in November, or year-round for the right candidate.
